Hi, I’m Lara Garda, and since the early 90’s I’ve been helping people fit fitness into their lives (Step aerobics anyone? Anyone?) My experience is based on actual science, yes, I actually graduated with a degree in exercise science & nutrition – who knew?!? My parents still think I do sit-ups all day for my job. Well, as you might guess, it's a little more involved than that but here's the what and why.
